Euro Mashup 2015

My parents are constantly raving about a few specific places they like to travel in Europe, so this year we decided to follow along, see what all the fuss is about, and document it to share with you all :) We brought along several cameras and gear (details & tips below the video here), and by the end we understood why they keep going back!Annecy, France

Euro Mashup 2015 from Haugen Creative on Vimeo.

Shot using the Sony a7s, Canon 5D Mrk III, DJI Inspire 1, Edelkrone and the DJI Ronin-M. When traveling with so much gear, we learned (towards the end of the trip, unfortunately) that it's best to choose what gear you're going to shoot with in any given day and stick with it. So many times I wanted to do everything at once, and by doing so I ended up not capturing as much as I would've liked to because I was too busy switching between different setups and hauling gear around! Another tip when traveling and shooting is to make sure you are constantly downloading and charging, every chance you get. It's sometimes easy to put it off and then the next place you get to has limited electric ports, no wifi, etc. so... Carpe Diem! Oh, and lastly- get some help hauling your gear or you may end up with a hernia (yep...)
